WE OFFER FREE RETURNS FOR ALL U.S. ORDERS. YOU HAVE 30 DAYS FROM THE DATE OF FULFILLMENT TO RETURN ALL ELIGIBLE ITEMS.

BY OFFERING FREE RETURNS ON ALL ELIGIBLE ITEMS, WE ONLY OFFER STORE CREDIT ON THOSE RETURNS.

We look to build brand loyalty with our customers, therefore, encourage them to find the right size and style that works for you! We are consistently adding new items every week. Your store credit will never expire.  

HOW AND WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY STORE CREDIT?

We strive to do our best in processing all store credits in a timely manner.  You should expect your E-Gift Card within 3-6 business from when we receive your order.  By offering free returns, we do receive an abundance of returns but we do our best to process all returns efficiently. Your store credit is calculated automatically to reflect any discounts and taxes at time of purchase. Your store credit is not processed on the same day it is delivered. We must inspect all goods and process them accordingly.

HOW DO I START THE RETURN PROCESS?

You can start by entering your email address in the box above.  If that option does not work for you, we are able to look your order up by the order number.  Please click the order number link below to use this method.  Once you enter your email address and/or order number, a link will be sent and it will take you to your Order History. Once there, please select the eligible items you would like to return. Once you complete the returns process, a packing slip + prepaid return label will be emailed directly to you. Go to your printer and print the label.  Attach it to your package and send it back to us.  Please make sure that ALL APPROVED ITEMS listed on the packing slip are included in the SAME package.


HOW DO I START THE EXCHANGE PROCESS?

 Please enter your email address in the box above to Start an Exchange. Once you enter your email address and/or order number, a link will be sent and it will take you to your Order History. Once there, please select the eligible items you would like to exchange. Please note that we only offer Exchanges for the same item in a different size, if available. 
Please note that you are only allowed an Exchange 1 Time Per Item.
Once we receive your Exchange Request, we will begin processing your order. Please allow 3-6 business days for the Exchange Request to be processed and shipped. 
Once your Exchange has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking and your Exchange will arrive to you within 2-3 business days once shipped.

 The Packing Slip for your Return must be included along with the items you have been authorized to Return. Additional items that are not listed on the Return Packing Slip will not be eligible for a Return and will not be calculated in your Store Credit. 

 

 ADDITIONAL RETURN DETAILS

  • We only offer STORE CREDIT for returns. We don't issue refunds back to your method of payment.
  • The amount of your Store Credit is only for the item(s) you purchased and does not include the shipping.
  • Merchandise must be returned within 30 days of the fulfillment date.
  • Merchandise must be unwashed and unworn.
  • Store credit cannot be applied to future purchases until the return is processed. Meaning, you can not apply the store credit before we have actually issued it to you.
  • During the Returns Process, if an item is ineligible for a Return you will not be able to select that item for Return. This will be all items past the policy time frame or ones that are Final Sale
  • If an item is Ineligible for a Return and it is included, we will have to send back the Ineligible Item to you.
  • FINAL SALE and Clearance items are NOT eligible for Returns or Exchanges. 
  • All Accessories are FINAL SALE and NOT eligible for Returns or Exchanges.
  • Fashion Face Coverings are FINAL SALE and NOT eligible for Returns or Exchanges.
  • Please allow 3-6 business days for return processing.
  • Once your return is processed, we will email you an E-Gift Card with your store credit that you can use on the website.
  •  Store Credit does not expire.
  • Free Return Labels are not applicable for In Store Purchases or Phone Orders.

ADDITIONAL RETURN DETAILS FOR APO & PO BOX ADDRESSES

  • We do not cover Return Shipping for APO and PO Box Addresses.

  • Include your Invoice and Eligible Items in the Return Package.
  • Once the Return is delivered to our location, it takes 3-6 Business Days for our Team to process, then we will email you an E-Gift Card with store credit.
  • Please obtain Tracking for your records.
